Writing Sample #1 and #2
Fall Quarter of 2015, I took a Writing and Rhetoric course at Cal Poly. My final project, I were given a (hypothetical) $10,000
to fix a problem I was passionate about. I will have to explain the problem,
propose my solution using the money allocated to me, and then justify why
the money should be spent the way I deemed appropriate. I then provided,
in addition to your essay, a letter of transmittal—a one page business letter
to my intended audience that proposes my idea.
My essay can be found here.
My business letter can be found here.
Writing Sample #3
Winter Quarter of 2015, for my Technical Writing class, I was to write a "How-to" guide for a local company called iFixIt. The assignment was to write a guide for this company in a professional manner to be published to their website.
My guide can be found here.
